Achieving a better work/ life balance

Break free of habits that are been holding you back!

Hypnotherapy uses the relaxing state of hypnosis to help bring about positive changes to your thoughts, beliefs and attitudes, helping you feel more calm, focussed and confident.

Hypnosis itself is simply a state of focused awareness, a little like daydreaming. This relaxed state is extremely beneficial and is one in which you are able to see things more clearly and gain a new, more positive perspective on many situations.

How Hypnotherapy Works

Many problems you experience today can stem from earlier experiences in your life. When the emotional energy of those experiences are released you can feel as if a weight has been lifted from your mind. In turn this can help you let go of habits, compulsions and addictions, as well as helping you feel more relaxed and confident in a range of different situations.

If you feel ready to take the next step just call 0117 9393999 for a free initial telephone conversation. Or send an email and I’ll call you back and answer all your questions.
