Successful weight loss is a matter of creating positive habits. This means proper goal setting, the right nutritional intake and becoming more active. Then, when the amount of calories you take in through food and drink is less than what use throughout your day, you will start to shed body fat.

Dietary analytics and coaching will keep you on track and ensure you’re getting the right balance of protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals, while hypnotherapy can be used to help you create a more positive mind set toward yourself and the food and drink you consume.

Hypnotherapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses positive visual imagery to create positive changes in your life. It can help you identify and break unhelpful attitudes to food and drink and get your subconscious working for rather than against you.

The 8 week Nutrition & Weight Loss programme consists of weekly one hour sessions. During this time you will learn more about nutrition and become equipped with the psychological tools you need to succeed.

The 8 week programme can be done individually, in pairs or a small group by arrangement.
