Hypnotherapy for work/life balance

Achieving a good, healthy balance between how much time you are at work and when you are at home can be difficult. But when things are out of balance stress levels to begin to rise which can start to cause health issues.

Hypnotherapy can help you achieve the right balance in a number of ways. Firstly, it can help you identify what thoughts and attitudes are getting in the way of achieving the right balance, for example, guilt or an inability to say no. Secondly, it can help you see whether you need to make bigger changes in your life.

As you identify the thoughts and attitudes you need to change hypnotherapy then helps you change them. This in turns helps you take positive, decisive action around creating a better balance.

In some cases, it can mean changing jobs or embarking on a new career, or simply giving more energy to home and social situations.

How many sessions are needed?

Sometimes people require just a couple of sessions to get some clarity on the direction they want to take. Others find that regular sessions over a longer period of time are used to support them during the process of, for example, changing jobs/career. During this time it can be useful to have techniques that help you stay centered, confident and balanced during what can be a turbulent time. These centering techniques enable you to experience a part of your consciousness that acts as an internal compass, guiding you in the direction that is right for you.
