Whether you just want to tone up and lose weight or whether you are recovering from an injury our one to one personal training can help you get fit and get you feeling great about yourself.
If you are looking for a particular type of training our coaching is of the highest quality, and we have extensive knowledge and experience of aerobics, circuit training, boxing training, weights & interval training and Pilates.
There are no membership payments and you can book single sessions or blocks. And if you would prefer to exercise from your own home we can come to you.

Individual sessions are £40
Blocks of 4 are £140
Home visits are £50 for individual sessions or blocks of 4 are £180
All sessions are 1 hour and your first session is a half price taster session for just £20 (£25 for a home visit).
